The boys were down last weekend, about ten of us went to the ren fair. Greg brought a couple of his buddies from the marines, Kyle came by himself. It was such great fun! Lots of shows, shopping and just hanging out. Greg found a sword that he liked, Kyle found a practice sword that he liked. I found a great walking stick, a beautiful parasol, a neat necklace, a small woven pouch, and a CD of one of the performers (the singer of the New World Renaissance Band, he has a gorgeous voice). Everyone enjoyed themselves.
Greg passed the first course in his classes, he not only passed he was at the top of his class! He received a book and a certificate.
Kyle took the test for becoming an E-4, he won't know the results of the test until sometime in June. When he passes, the promotion won't take effect until September.
Talena has had the girls for the past couple of weeks, I've been babysitting for her while she's at work. She has a new job now, it's better than working in a coffee shop. She is now the receptionist at a CPA's office, working a 40 hour week and for better pay. I am very proud of her, and very tired from watching two active little girls. Gotta love them though.
This is how I...
Live fully....
